Youth Resiliency/Community Outreach
The community outreach group organizes programs and events to promote education and support for suicide prevention and postvention throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. They continue to identify opportunities for collaboration with numerous organizations, agencies and community groups.

QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer)
The QPR workgroup is responsible for responding to requests for QPR trainings, soliciting trainers, and organizing and facilitating QPR trainings. They also maintain all the data on PSGM QPR trainings including a list of active trainers. You can find more information on what QPR is and how we utilize it in our campaign for suicide prevention at the QPR Institute.

Reducing Access to Lethal Means
This workgroup takes action to reduce a suicidal person’s ability to gain access to a method to kill themselves.

Marketing and Public Relations
The marketing and public relations workgroup helps with the creation of PSGM promotional materials including print materials, e-newsletters, social media posts, and website material. The group will also work with other groups to promote their events across all mediums.
